Place 2oz of water in a pot, pour in the contents your dish.  Bring to a boil and then drop to a simmer and stir.  Once heated through empty into a bowl and enjoy. 

For microwave usage, put an ounce of water into the container heat in 30 second increments and stir until heated through.

Bring to room temp and heat in a pan in the oven then enjoy.
